Salmon Bake at Kay Estates

Join us for an unforgettable evening on August 23, 2025 at the home of Josh & Lillian Kay, where they will host an authentic Native-style salmon bake under the stars.

Inspired by the celebrated Pinot Noir Festival, this special gathering will feature whole salmon fillets roasted over an open flame, expertly prepared by Chef Ricardo and his whole team from Xicha and Pura Vida.

Top chefs and restaurateurs from across the Willamette Valley will contribute incredible side dishes, from roasted vegetables to fresh salads, couscous, and house- made bread. Delectable cheesecake will be provided by Cheesecake Paradise. A selection of exceptional wines will be available, with winemakers in attendance to share complimentary tastings.

The evening will be enhanced by live acoustic music, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere. Your ticket includes a beautifully curated meal, excellent wine, and a one-of-a-kind experience—all in support of Family Building Blocks. Welcome cocktail upon arrival with the option to purchase additional handcrafted cocktails from Tipsy Lemon, with all proceeds benefiting Family Building Blocks.
